I would look at a bad wire connection. Could be any where. Computer have nothing to do with stuff in the cab from working. Take a head light and make a test light. If you can't light it you have a bad connection some place. Maybe a ground to the cab. Hard to say.

To give you a idea what I mean. I had a feed truck died out in no ware. I finally found it had 4 batteries but separated in 2's, 1 ground for 2 batteries. One of the grounds went bad and the computer had the + on one set of batteries and - on the other. So 2 batteries went dead and engine died. Test power at computer wouldn't light the light.

Thanks Brent for your help really appreciated. I had a problem like that before, I had to make sure all 4 battery are connected with those two positive wire and it works after that.
But the problem I had right now, I used the head light for my tester like what you advise and all the live wire at the computer are ok.
The problem with the truck all begins with the alternator wasn't working and the driver still drives till wiper, radio and lights weren't working after that the engine shut off.
After changing battery the truck only start but won't run, everything else works and stop engine and warn engine light both on at ignition key off. I make sure that four battery are connected with the two positive wire and ground wire.
Is there anything else I need to check, other than testing the live wire at the computer using the head light for test light. I also check all my ground wire everything ok.
Pls can someone advise if anything else need to check. Thanks for the help.

Could the Alt wire be shorting out? Battery cable in a loom clamp, Rubbing pto? Few more things I have seen over the years. Did you check the hot from the key. I think on the dd3 and 4 the only thing that will not let it start is TRS and SRS. Everything else shuts it down. I have seen a couple computers die when changing batteries too. Hope its not that. Can you plug into and read the code?

Thanks Brent for your help, I check everything you mention, all ok. Can I remove the ecm and send to check and reprogram, cause I located in American Samoa we don't have a place to program ecm here.
Do you know a company in California can check and program computer?
Thanks for your help.
