I have to opportunity to purchase a used Carrier Transicold V2203 engine. It has a fixed governor that allows it to only run at 1800rpm. I want to use it for propulsion in a boat so it needs to run at the entire operating range. How do I modify the governor so it can be used in my boat? Thanks in advance.
