IT WILL NOT START. THE CUSTOMER REPLACED FUEL TANK & FUEL LINES. WE PRESSUIZED FUEL SYTEM & IT HAS NO EXT.LEAKS,REMOVE FUEL FILTER BASE & CHECKED FOR CRACKS-OK,. REPLACED INJ. & NEW INJ. O-RINGS,REPLACED OVER FLOW VALVE AT SIDE OF BLOCK,CHECKED ALL FUEL TRANFER TUBES FOR CRACKS-OK,REPLACED O-RINGS ON TUBES. WE HAVE EXCESSIVE FUEL FROM RETURN PORT AT HEAD????
