I HAVE A 2003 FREIGHTLINER WITH A MB900 ENG. IT CAME TO THE SHOP WITH A NO START CONDITION. WHEN YOU BLEED AIR FROM SYSTEM IT WILL START & RUNS GREAT ALL DAY. WHEN IT SITS FOR 10-15 MIN. IT WILL NOT START. THE CUSTOMER REPLACED FUEL TANK & FUEL LINES. WE PRESSUIZED FUEL SYTEM & IT HAS NO EXT.LEAKS,REMOVE FUEL FILTER BASE & CHECKED FOR CRACKS-OK,. REPLACED INJ. & NEW INJ. O-RINGS,REPLACED OVER FLOW VALVE AT SIDE OF BLOCK,CHECKED ALL FUEL TRANFER TUBES FOR CRACKS-OK,REPLACED O-RINGS ON TUBES. WE HAVE EXCESSIVE FUEL FROM RETURN PORT AT HEAD???? WHEN WE PLUG OFF FUEL RETURN AT FILTER BASE TRUCK ALWAYS START??? COULD WE HAVE A BAD PUMP & BAD HEAD?
