hello i am new to the forum so thank you for leting me join
i have a navistar 7400 with a dt466 engine and it has egr on it now the problem on it is it is putting oil on the cooling sistem i have already change the oil cooler and the base because there was a recall on that but still after flushing everything still getting oil in the cooling sistem engine sounds great no coolant in the oil crankcase is clean with oil no contamitation there but still have the oil in coolant problem if anyone could help me please i realy dont have any more ideas so im looking to see if maybe someone had the same problem thanks in advance

How much oil? a skim coat in the purge tank is normal even after a coolant flush.

The Navistar DT engine family is a line of mid-range inline-6 diesel engines. With horsepower ratings ranging from 170 hp (130 kW) to 350 hp (260 kW), the Navistar DT engines are used primarily in medium-duty truck and bus applications, although some versions have been developed for heavy-duty regional-haul and severe-service applications. Prior to 1986 Navistar International, then known as International Harvester Company, used the DT engine in farm and construction equipment.
